Two seconds flat. That’s about how long we were given to obtain all of the
development approvals and permits necessary for the client to start construction
of this 120,000 square foot big box retail store. Given the enormous obstacles
facing the project including the necessity to change the City’s zoning code to
allow the proposed use in the existing zoning district, and the negotiation of
several off-site easements, an extraordinary amount of energy was exerted to
build and keep the momentum necessary to get this project done on time.
Thankfully, we’re used to aggressive timelines and we’re motivated by deadlines
that most consultants have nightmares about! Bring it on. We thrive on
challenge.
