Johnston Group was nearly complete with the civil permitting and platting process through Palm Beach County when a new town called Loxahatchee Groves was incorporated. The Grove Medical Plaza project, which consists of a 22,342 square foot medical office building, sits just inside the boundary of the new town along Southern Boulevard, west of Royal Palm Beach. Our team quickly sprang into action negotiating and coordinating with governmental officials to ensure the seamless review of the project permits. We led the team to obtain all necessary approvals including numerous on-site and off-site permits and completed the project on time and within budget.
