This 8.99-acre project on the east side of Central Boulevard, just south of Hood Road in Palm Beach Gardens consists of two 3-story office buildings comprising a total of 76,866 square feet. The buildings include professional office, restaurant and retail space. A true example of the complexities in real estate development, this project required substantial attention to detail in order to effectively navigate the approvals process while understanding the legal ramifications presented by a Joint Development Agreement and Collector Roads Agreement that existed with two neighboring developers. Johnston Group assisted the client with consultant coordination, governmental negotiations and acted as a liaison between the client and the other developers subject to intricate legal agreements that spell out each party’s rights and obligations.
