Just steps from the beach, these four luxurious residences are tucked neatly into a compact site. Our client, the chief executive of a major multinational and publicly traded corporation, was based in Toronto, Canada and sought out Johnston Group to provide hands-on coordination of the project team. We swiftly oversaw the civil construction permitting, obtaining all requisite approvals in record time and we directly handled the platting process. Since our client was rarely able to be in the area, we stepped up to the plate and provided assistance with practically anything that helped further the success of his venture. In fact, our project managers are so accessible and easy to work with that many of our clients believe we work in their office, and only on their projects.
