Plaza 3333 Professional Centre is a 50,000 square foot professional and medical office building on heavily traveled Northlake Boulevard in Northern Palm Beach County. The site is comprised of 3.87 acres and sits on the corner of MacArthur Boulevard, a gateway into the City of Palm Beach Gardens. For this Class “A” office project, we provided complete development project management services overseeing and coordinating the services of the architect, civil engineer, landscape architect, land use attorney, traffic engineer and surveyor, and negotiating with the various governing agencies. We also directly handled the site plan approval process including public presentations to win City Council support of the project. Special considerations for this project included pushing the envelope to achieve the maximum development potential of the property within the strict guidelines of the Northlake Boulevard Corridor Overlay and the historic MacArthur Banyan Tree protection zone.
