For their new distribution facility just outside Fort Myers, our previous experience working with Rosen Materials enabled the most effective communication possible between our client and the development team. Understanding the client’s needs exactly, Johnston Group swiftly assembled a team of professionals and drove the design and development process to obtain all necessary permits and approvals in the shortest timeframe possible. This new wholesaling center is comprised of 25,000 square feet of enclosed area and a 10,000 square foot outdoor covered storage area. Our team coordinated directly with the Seminole Gulf Railway to design and implement a new rail siding to service the project and navigated the team through complex storm water drainage issues that threatened to block the project from reaching its full potential.
