Many of our clients tell us that their time is best spent finding property, negotiating deals, obtaining financing and marketing their projects. We agree. And handling the day-to-day activities associated with overseeing the design and development approvals process is what we do best. Our project managers are so well versed in this process and so familiar with the governmental regulations and reviewing officials that it is second nature for us to oversee. We know how to manage the development team and we don’t mind making each phone call and attending every meeting. Village Center at Royal Palm Beach is a prime example of how we are able to free up our clients’ time to do more important things. This 3.93-acre parcel located at the convergence of two major thoroughfares in the Village of Royal Palm Beach includes a 22,000 square foot professional and medical office building and two branch banks comprising 3,750 square feet each. We completely oversaw the development process including handling site plan approval in-house and coordinating the services of the traffic engineer, civil engineer and surveyor to obtain all requisite approvals for the project. This allowed our client to concentrate on marketing the bank parcels which were quickly sold to major national banks.
