• We handle the filing and processing of plat applications and FDEP NPDES NOI in-house.
• We work directly with the appropriate utility companies (Florida Power & Light, Comcast Cable, AT&T, water and sewer provider, etc.) to coordinate service planning, easement dedications and easement vacations for the project.
• We coordinate the developer agreement process with the utility companies to secure water and sewer capacity reservation.
• We provide assistance to our clients with financing and marketing efforts by gathering and providing project information to attorneys, appraisers and lenders.
